• Bamboo Tree House Bar and Restaurant : located in Vang Vieng, Laos. Serves a very good vegetarian buffet on demand and Mojitos in bamboo cups, with or without alcohol. Find it on the island on the river about 200m west from the town center.

• Thanongsi Soangkoun Organic Farm : located in the village of Phoudindaeng, about 3 km north of Vang Vieng in northern Laos. They also have a restaurant serving goat cheese and mulberry shakes as well as vegetarian dishes with tofu. Teachers and Volunteers help out at the farm and at the nearby school.
